Two tone Bute wool fabric - cushions from Lane By Post

These vibrant two-tone cushions from Lane By Post are made from renowned Bute wool. 43x43cm, they cost £65.

It makes great sense to choose products that are feel you're getting more bang for your buck and should you get bored with one colour, you can change it in an instant.

Reversible cushions aren't that widely available, so well done to Lane By Post for its collection of two-tone Bute wool cushions. Available in distinctive colour combinations such as Seville Orange and Mallard Blue, they'll ensure there's never a dull day. Bute is, of course, renowned for its hard-wearing pure woollen fabrics, which are themselves woven from two yarns on the Isle of Bute, off the coast of western Scotland.

The bedspread is another product that lends itself to being reversible and Glasgow designer Niki Jones offers gorgeous velvet bedspeads in yellow, navy or taupe which are faced in natural linen.

And Dutch company By Molle offers to make you a bedspread in the colours of your choice, using linen, organic cotton and a bamboo filling. They measure 80x280cm and costs £191.
