The HTA is hosting a one-day course for people interested in making sure they garden in the most sustainable way

Sustainability Matters is a one-day course taking place on 30 April at Horticulture House in Chilton, South Oxfordshire. Run by the Horticultural Trades Assocation, the day includes presentations and seminars and will look at how to source plants from sustainable sources; how to recycle garden waste; which composts are best for what purpose; whether there's a place for plastic in the garden and many other topics. Speakers incldue Trewin Restorick, founder and CEO of Hubbub UK, a charity that works to promote the communication of environmental messages by bringing together individuals and organisations as a force for good.
