Tog knives are, according to many top chefs, the best money can buy. They're superbly sharp and durable and they make preparing food a joy. 

Designed by industrial designer Rob Beagley-Brown, a Tog knife is a hand-made, batch-produced artisan product. The blades are forged in Japan's Seki City - home of the Samurai sword - from a unique steel that contains three different metals. A high carbon core gives them their incredible edge. The beautiful handles are made for us in Sheffield using the Norwegian material Kebony maple (a durable and eco-friendly alternative to tropical hardwood); and the knives, which are intended to last for decades, come with a lifetime guarantee (*but don't put them in the dishwasher!).
