Skär: organic beeswax candles

Skär Organics produces the UK's first certified organic candles, and what's more, they're designed & made in Yorkshire. Products are hand-dipped or poured and use GOTS-cert organic ingredients, including cotton & FSC-cert wooden wicks. Skär Organics is certified by the Soil Association, which checks all suppliers, record keeping, candle production methods and packaging. The latter is, as you'd expect, ecofriendly, being elemental chlorine-free and made from recycled material, or materials that are recyclable, reusable, biodegradable or compostable. The candles are made from unrefined yellow beeswax, which has a lovely smell itself or if you like scented candles, well, Skär has some lovely fragrances for your home.
